霧化合金粉末系列

霧化合金粉是指用霧化法制得的金屬粉末,即利用高壓氣流或水流、離心力等工藝,將一種或多種熔融金屬液流粉碎成液滴,冷凝后得到的金屬或合金粉末。根據霧化介質的不同,霧化法可以分為氣霧化、水霧化、離心霧化等工藝。氣霧化粉末球形度好,雜質含量低;水霧化粉末形貌屬于不規則形狀,含氧量高,粉末成型保型性好。公司霧化合金粉系列產品主要有霧化合金粉-316L、304L(奧氏體不銹鋼合金粉)、霧化合金粉-17-4PH(馬氏體不銹鋼合金粉)、霧化合金粉-F75(鈷鉻鉬高溫合金粉)。
霧化粉末特性:
- 純度高,雜質含量少;
- 粉末表面光滑;
- 燒結產品機械性能好.
